The People's Bank of China and four other departments issued the "Opinions on Coordinating the Establishment of a Normalized Financial Support Mechanism to Help Prevent Poverty and Promote Comprehensive Rural Revitalization," which proposes to ensure the financial needs of the entire agricultural industry chain. Increase financial support for agricultural specialty industries, relying on key links such as production and circulation, and under the premise of compliance, develop supply chain financial service scenarios such as accounts receivable financing, order (warehouse) pledge, and supply chain bills, providing comprehensive financial services such as settlement, financing, and financial management. Financial institutions should actively connect with core enterprises and the management systems of warehousing, logistics, transportation, and other links to achieve information interconnection and improve service capabilities and risk control levels.
