CENTRAL CHINA (00832.HK) announced that in January, it achieved property contract sales of RMB 398 million, a year-on-year decrease of 31.1%; the contracted sales area was approximately 58,600 square meters, a decrease of 36%. The average selling price was RMB 6,788 per square meter, an increase of 7.6%
