KANGQIAO SER (02205.HK) announced that on February 12, its wholly-owned subsidiary KANGQIAO SER Service Group received a civil judgment from the court regarding the appeal, which ruled that the subsidiary must bear a payment obligation of RMB 474 million. The company believes that the judgment content does not match the actual situation and is consulting with Chinese legal advisors regarding the possibility of filing for retrial, while assessing the financial impact of the judgment on the group
