For example, the room rate at the Grand Lisboa Hotel, operated by SJM Holdings (880), is MOP 2,305 on the first day of the Lunar New Year, and during the subsequent holiday period, it ranges from MOP 4,311 to MOP 9,190 per night, showing significant fluctuations. The highest room rate on the fourth day of the Lunar New Year exceeds MOP 9,000, which is more than six times higher than the usual rate of over MOP 1,000.
