# CCB and CHINA TAIPING deepen business cooperation comprehensively

> China Construction Bank and China Taiping Insurance Group held a working meeting, and the chairmen of both sides reached a consensus on deepening business cooperation. Zhang Jinliang stated that they will expand cooperation in areas such as insurance agency, asset custody, and corporate annuities, and innovate cooperation mechanisms. Yin Zhaojun hopes to increase cooperation in strategic investment, wealth management, and other areas based on traditional business, promoting high-quality development of bank-insurance integration

Zhang Jinliang, Chairman of China Construction Bank (00939.HK), met with Yin Zhaojun, Chairman of China Taiping Insurance Group, to hold a working meeting on further deepening comprehensive business cooperation.

Zhang Jinliang stated that both parties have carried out extensive and in-depth cooperation in various fields such as agency insurance, asset custody, corporate annuities, and financial markets. He hopes that in the future, both sides will start from the new starting point of the 14th Five-Year Plan, actively respond to market demands, continuously innovate cooperation mechanisms and upgrade product services, and jointly build a new ecosystem for the coordinated development of banking and insurance.

Yin Zhaojun expressed the hope that both parties will strengthen cooperation in strategic investment, wealth management, pension finance, and overseas business based on the good cooperation in traditional businesses, establish a regular communication mechanism, and solidly promote the high-quality development of banking and insurance
