# CGN MINING: Xu Junmei resigns as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Li Jie takes over

> CGN MINING announced that Xu Junmei resigned from the positions of executive director and chief financial officer due to a job transfer, effective February 13, 2026. On the same day, Li Jie was appointed as executive director and chief financial officer. The company stated that Li Jie is currently the chief accountant of CGN Uranium Industry Development Co., Ltd. and a director of Zhongzi Engineering Co., Ltd., and has also worked at CGN Engineering Co., Ltd., China General Nuclear Power Group, and CGN Power

CGN MINING (01164.HK) announced that due to a job transfer, Xu Junmei resigned from the positions of executive director and chief financial officer, effective February 13, 2026. On the same day, Li Jie was appointed as executive director and chief financial officer.

The company stated that Li Jie is currently the chief accountant of CGN Uranium Industry Development Co., Ltd. and a director of Zhongzi Engineering Co., Ltd., and has also worked at CGN Engineering Co., Ltd., China General Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd., and CGN Power (01816.HK)
