The placement price per share is HKD 0.51, representing a discount of over 17% compared to last Friday's closing price, with over 910 million new shares placed, accounting for over 23% of the expanded issued share capital. The funds raised will mainly be used for investment in the Shigatse mine. ## Beihai Kangcheng raises nearly 200 million from WuXi Biologics through placement Beihai Kangcheng (1228.HK) raised nearly HKD 200 million from WuXi Biologics (2269.HK) through a placement. The placement price per share is HKD 2.38, representing a discount of over 14% compared to last Friday's closing price, with over 84.03 million new shares placed, accounting for over 14% of the expanded issued share capital.
