Nomura Securities pointed out that DeepSeek's upcoming V4 model may reduce training and inference costs through mHC and Engram technology, accelerating innovation in China's AI value chain, but it will not create shockwaves in the global AI infrastructure market at the level seen last year

A year ago during the Spring Festival, the emergence of DeepSeek once caused a stir in the US stock market. Now, the new generation of DeepSeek's large model is expected to be released during the Spring Festival, sparking market discussions.

"Big short" Michael Burry retweeted a post about "DeepSeek's new model analysis," believing that its "low-cost" innovative architecture will impact the trading frenzy in US data centers.

Nomura Securities believes that the upcoming new generation large model V4 from DeepSeek may further reduce training and inference costs through the innovative architecture mHC and Engram technology, accelerating the innovation cycle of China's AI value chain, but it will not create shockwaves in the global AI infrastructure market like last year.
