The Board of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Gail Tucker as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committees with effect from 1 May 2026.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R, Gail is a director of Chesnara PLC (Company No. 04947166).

The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in respect of this appointment under the UK Listing Rules.
