# An Indian university has been criticized for claiming ownership of the robots purchased from Yushu Technology

Galgotias University in Kolkata, India, has been asked to vacate its booth on February 18 after being accused of presenting a robot manufactured by Unitree as a self-developed product at the "India AI Influencer Summit."

A video shows a staff member from the university demonstrating a four-legged robotic dog named "Orion" and claiming that the product originated from the university's Centre of Excellence, but the instructor later retracted the statement.

Galgotias University stated that these criticisms are "propaganda smear" and emphasized that the school's focus is on AI programming education, declaring, "The university neither manufactured this robotic dog nor has ever claimed to do so."
