CHINA ENV RES (01130.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a profit of no less than HKD 10 million for the six months ending December 2025, compared to a loss of HKD 16.55 million in the same period last year. The turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to a decrease in revenue, although gross profit slightly increased; other income increased; administrative and operating expenses decreased; fair value gains on investment properties increased; losses from changes in the fair value of biological assets decreased due to reduced selling costs; financing costs decreased; gains from the sale of investment properties increased; and income tax credits decreased
