# RCI receives Nasdaq letter about not filing 1Q26 10-Q, violates Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), remains delinquent in filing 10-K.

In Houston, on February 18, 2026, RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market stating its noncompliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) due to delayed reports filing with the SEC. The letter was sent as RCI had not submitted its Form 10-Q for the fiscal 2026 first quarter ending on December 31, 2025. Additionally, RCI had not filed its Form 10-K for the previous year.
