# Report: Central state-owned enterprises actively enter the real estate agency construction business, with some companies making early layouts in the urban renewal track

At the same time, with the promotion of urban renewal and old renovation policies, some companies are exploring agency construction opportunities in first-tier cities such as Guangzhou and Beijing

On February 20th, the China Index Academy released an analysis report on the current situation of real estate agency operations. The report shows that central state-owned enterprises are actively entering the agency construction sector, rapidly developing by leveraging their resource advantages. In addition, with the frequent favorable policies related to urban renewal and old renovation, some companies are also exploring agency construction in this field, seeking opportunities in first-tier cities such as Guangzhou and Beijing
