# During the Spring Festival holiday, the number of inbound and outbound passengers at GBIAC exceeded 370,000, setting a historical record for the same period

On February 22, coinciding with the peak return period of the Spring Festival travel rush on the sixth day of the Lunar New Year and marking one month since the international operations of Terminal 3 at Baiyun Airport commenced, the inbound and outbound passenger flow at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport has continued to operate at a high level. According to the Baiyun Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station, as of 0:00 on February 22, during the 2026 Spring Festival holiday period (from the 28th to the sixth day), the total number of inbound and outbound passengers at Baiyun Airport exceeded 370,000, an increase of 23.3% compared to the same period in the 2025 Spring Festival, setting a new historical high for the same period.
