# JIU RONG HOLD (2358) profit warning, expected loss in the second half of 2025 to narrow to within HKD 9 million

JIU RONG HOLD (2358.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting that for the six months ending December 31, 2025, the loss attributable to the owners of the company will not exceed HKD 9 million. Compared to the loss attributable to the owners of the company of HKD 20.8 million recorded in the same period of 2024, the expected loss this time is significantly narrowed.

The board explained that the main reason for the reduction in loss is the group's sale of 5.22% of the issued share capital of Hangzhou Eastern Software Park Co., Ltd., with the gains generated successfully offsetting accounts payable, thereby effectively narrowing the loss during the period
