# Ampron: Application for the issuance of shares to specific objects accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

Ampron announced that the company recently received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "Notice on the Acceptance of the Application Documents for the Issuance of Stocks to Specific Objects by Shenzhen Ampron Technology Co., Ltd." (Shenzhen Stock Exchange Review \[2026\] No. 33). The Shenzhen Stock Exchange verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of stocks to specific objects according to relevant regulations, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them
