# ZHEJIANG XINCHAI: Directors Bai Hongfa, Shi Rong, and Zhang Chun plan to reduce their holdings by 0.4222%, 0.4147%, and 0.3110% respectively

ZHEJIANG XINCHAI announced that director Bai Hongfa plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.0181 million shares through centralized bidding from March 18, 2026, to June 17, 2026, accounting for 0.4222% of the company's total share capital; director, supervisor, and board secretary Shi Rong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1 million shares, accounting for 0.4147%; supervisor Zhang Chun plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 750,000 shares, accounting for 0.3110%. The shareholdings of the three individuals are 4.0725 million shares, 4 million shares, and 3 million shares, with shareholding ratios of 1.6889%, 1.6588%, and 1.2441%, respectively
