Here is a summary of several recent multi-billion dollar AI, cloud computing, and chip deals: **OpenAI Related Deals** **Amazon and OpenAI** According to a source who requested anonymity due to the confidentiality of negotiations, Amazon is considering investing about $10 billion in OpenAI, with negotiations still being "highly variable." **Disney and OpenAI** The Walt Disney Company will invest $1 billion in OpenAI and allow the ChatGPT parent company to use characters from the "Star Wars," "Pixar," and Marvel series IPs in its Sora AI video generator—this move could reshape Hollywood's content creation landscape. As part of a three-year licensing agreement, Sora and the ChatGPT image tool will begin generating video content featuring Disney-licensed characters such as Mickey Mouse, Cinderella, and Mufasa early next year.
