Standard Life plc will officially launch at an event at the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") on 2 March 2026 when at 8am, the change of name and TIDM (ticker symbol) to SDLF will be reflected on the LSE. The Company's website address will become www.standardlifeplc.com. The Company's SEDOL number and the ISINs of all of the Company's outstanding equity and debt securities remain unchanged. The Company's Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) remains 2138001P49OLAEU33T68. Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.
