# RF Acquisition Corp III to enable separate trading of 10,000,000 units from Feb. 26, 2026 - shares to trade as "RFAM", rights as "RFAMR."

Singapore, February 24, 2026 - RF Acquisition Corp III revealed that starting February 26, 2026, investors holding the 10,000,000 units from the Company's initial public offering can choose to independently trade the ordinary shares and rights included in the units. Units that remain undivided will still be traded on the Global Market tier of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the symbol “RFAMU.” Separately, the ordinary shares and rights are projected to trade on Nasdaq under the symbols “RFAM” and “RFAMR,” respectively.
