# Lands Department: 12.45 million square feet of land for electric vehicle charging station in Tsing Yi granted to PETROCHINA

> The Lands Department announced yesterday (24th) that a piece of land located at 183 Ching Yi West Road, Tsing Yi, New Territories, designated for electric vehicle charging station use, has been granted to PetroChina International (Hong Kong) Company Limited for HKD 12.45 million, with a lease term of 13 years. The company was the highest bidder. Information shows that the land is located at Lot No. 203 in Tsing Yi, with an area of approximately 1,973.9 square meters. Another bidder was Hong Kong Shell Company Limited
