# "Hong Kong Stocks" Hang Seng Index opened high at 154 points, technology stocks rebound

> The Hong Kong stock market opened higher in the morning, with the Hang Seng Index rising 154 points to 26,745 points, and the National Index and Hang Seng Tech Index increasing by 61 points and 45 points, respectively. Technology stocks generally rebounded, with JD.com, Alibaba, and Meituan each opening 1.2% higher, while Tencent and Baidu saw slight increases. In the automotive sector, Li Auto and XPeng opened 1.5% and 2.8% higher, respectively. Financial stocks saw HSBC opening 0.4% higher, while Standard Chartered opened 1.2% lower. U.S. software stocks rebounded, with the Nasdaq rising over 1% on the night of the 24th, and the Dow Jones up 0.8%. Hong Kong stocks opened higher in the morning. The Hang Seng Index opened up 154 points or 0.6%, at 26,745 points; the National Index opened up 61 points or 0.7%, at 9,069 points; the Hang Seng Tech Index opened up 45 points or 0.9%, at 5,316 points.

JD.com (09618.HK) launched a one-on-one urgent delivery service, with JD.com opening up 1%, Alibaba (09988.HK) and Meituan (03690.HK) each opening up 1.2%. In other tech stocks, Tencent (00700.HK), Kuaishou (01024.HK), and Baidu (09888.HK) opened up 0.2% to 0.5%, while NetEase (09999.HK) opened up 1.5%. Chip stocks SMIC (00981.HK) and Hua Hong Semiconductor (01347.HK) each opened up 1.7%. AI model stocks Zhizhu (02513.HK) and MiniMax (00100.HK) opened down 5.9% and 4.4%.

Yushu launched the four-legged robot Unitree As2, with Sanken (02050.HK) opening up 1.2%. Other robotics concept stocks also opened higher. Yujian (02432.HK) opened up 1.9%, while UBTECH (09880.HK) and SUTENG (02498.HK) opened up 0.5% and 0.8%. In the automotive sector, BYD (01211.HK) opened flat at HKD 99.35, and Xiaomi (01810.HK) opened flat at HKD 35.74. Li Auto (02015.HK) and XPeng (09868.HK) opened up 1.5% and 2.8%.

In the financial sector, HSBC (00005.HK) will announce its annual results today (25th), with its stock opening up 0.4% at HKD 135.9. Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (00388.HK) and AIA (01299.HK) opened up 0.5% and 0.8%. Standard Chartered (02888.HK) saw its London stock price drop over 1% after earnings, trading 4.4% lower than its Hong Kong price, and opened down 1.2% at HKD 195.5 in the morning.

With the local budget announcement imminent, local property stocks New World Development (00016.HK) and Cheung Kong Holdings (01113.HK) opened down 1.7% and 0.5%. Maoyan Entertainment (01896.HK) forecasted a profit of at least RMB 540 million last year, doubling its earnings, and opened up 4%. In other stocks, Trip.com (09961.HK) opened up 2.1%, and Haidilao (06862.HK) opened up 2.7%, with reports indicating that the number of tourists and spending during this year's Spring Festival holiday in mainland China reached record highs.
