Digital Realty stated on Wednesday (February 25) that the newly established labs will provide real environments for companies to test artificial intelligence (AI) and hybrid cloud solutions, supporting local and regional businesses in accelerating related deployments. The Singapore facility will be positioned as a digital innovation hub, promoting the development of local and regional businesses in the fields of AI and hybrid cloud. The lab in Japan will be located at the NRT12 data center in Tokyo, equipped with infrastructure to support high-density AI workloads, including liquid cooling systems to meet high power computing demands. The facilities in both locations are expected to be operational later this year.
