# Tencent Yuanbao apologizes for the "profanity" in the New Year poster: caused by abnormal model output, urgent corrections and optimizations have been made

Recently, a netizen shared an experience on social media during this year's Spring Festival—using Yuanbao to generate a personal New Year greeting poster, but the generated poster contained some quite offensive profanity. On February 25th, in response to user reports about the abusive language appearing in the New Year greeting poster generated by Yuanbao, the Yuanbao team stated: After verification, this situation was caused by abnormal output from the model when processing context in multi-turn dialogues. Currently, the Yuanbao team has urgently corrected the relevant issues and optimized the model experience, while sincerely apologizing to users and thanking all sectors of society for their supervision and suggestions.
