After deducting underwriting fees of 7.0755 million yuan (excluding value-added tax), the actual net amount raised is 1.493 billion yuan. This issuance involves 165 million shares, with an issue price of 9.07 yuan per share. The new share capital is 165 million yuan, and the new capital reserve is 1.328 billion yuan. The shares issued are subject to limited sale conditions and will be listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange starting from the next trading day after the expiration of the lock-up period
