# AMD and Meta have reached a multi-year GPU supply agreement

AMD fell slightly in early trading on Wednesday. The company signed a multi-year agreement with Meta Platforms yesterday to supply up to 6GW of GPUs. The agreement also includes a performance-based warrant allowing Meta to purchase up to 160 million shares of AMD stock
