The latest update is out from Frontera Group ( (FRTG) ).

On October 24, 2024, Frontera Group rescinded its April 30, 2023 agreement to acquire 24.9% of Texas G&S Investments Inc., returning all TGSI shares and unwinding related $25 million financing and security arrangements. On November 19, 2024, it also unwound a series of deals around an 11.02-acre San Juan, Texas property, assigning the underlying $6.5 million note and purchase obligations to STX Border Capital Partners LLC and conveying title to STX.

On October 20, 2023, the company agreed to rescind its February 17, 2023 purchase of 24.9% of Global Market Link LLC, cancelling the transaction retroactive to its effective date and nullifying related notes and security documents. On February 2, 2026, Frontera terminated its 2022 asset purchase with Intellimedia Networks Inc., returned the acquired assets, ended the employment agreements of two senior executives tied to that business line, and ceased operations related to the Intellimedia assets, signaling a broad rollback of prior expansion initiatives.
