(AAPL, Financials) shareholders voted to reject a proposal requesting a report on the company's reliance on China for manufacturing. The vote comes as Apple continues efforts to diversify its supply chain beyond China, expanding production to India, Vietnam and the United States. The company has said it plans to assemble some Mac mini computers in the U.S. later this year. Shareholders approved all four company-backed proposals on the ballot. The only shareholder proposal, focused on China-related manufacturing risks, did not pass. During the meeting, Chief Executive Tim Cook said Apple plans annual dividend increases but remains focused on investing in innovation, including artificial intelligence initiatives. Cook's total compensation was about $74.29 million in 2025, roughly flat from the prior year. Support for Apple's executive compensation package slipped slightly, with 8.6% of votes cast opposing the say on pay measure, compared with 7.6% last year. ### Related Stocks - [Direxion Daily AAPL Bull 2X Shares (AAPU.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/AAPU.US.md) - [iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/SOXX.US.md) - [iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sect ETF (IGV.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/IGV.US.md) - [T-Rex 2X Long Apple Daily Target ETF (AAPX.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/AAPX.US.md) - [Invesco S&P 500® Equal Weight Tech ETF (RSPT.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/RSPT.US.md) - [GraniteShares 2x Long AAPL Daily ETF (AAPB.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/AAPB.US.md) - [State StreetSPDRS&PSftwr&SvcsETF (XSW.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/XSW.US.md) - [Direxion Daily Semicondct Bull 3X ETF (SOXL.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/SOXL.US.md) - [VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/SMH.US.md) - [Direxion Daily AAPL Bear 1X Shares (AAPD.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/AAPD.US.md) - [Kurv Yield Premium Str Apple ETF (AAPY.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/AAPY.US.md) - [YieldMax AAPL Option Income Strategy ETF (APLY.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/APLY.US.md) - [Apple Inc.
