# "Harbour Building" K. Wah International sold a total of 2,307 units last year and will launch 4 new projects this year

> Hysan Development sold 2,307 units last year, with sales exceeding HKD 26.5 billion, an increase of approximately 20% year-on-year. Property sales accounted for HKD 26.113 billion, with an additional 62 parking spaces sold. Vice Chairman Huang Guangyao stated that the Hong Kong property market performed well, with the price index steadily rising and rents reaching new highs. Hysan will launch 4 new projects this year, including the 6B phase of Deep Water South "GRANDE BLANC" on Hong Kong Island

Cheung Kong Property Chairman Liang Zhi Jian stated that the group sold a total of 2,307 units last year, with total sales exceeding HKD 26.5 billion, an increase of approximately 20% year-on-year. Among them, property sales accounted for HKD 26.113 billion, along with the sale of 62 parking spaces and motorcycle parking spaces.

Cheung Kong Property Vice Chairman and Executive Director Huang Guang Yao pointed out that the local property market performed well, with strong sales in the primary market, a steady increase in the property price index, and rental levels continuing to reach new highs, reflecting the huge demand for housing in Hong Kong.

He revealed that Cheung Kong will launch 4 new projects this year, with the first project being the 6B phase of DEEP WATER SOUTH on Hong Kong Island, featuring three-bedroom and four-bedroom luxury homes. Following that, plans include a project in the Northern Metropolis area in Kwu Tung, the third phase of 1 Plantation Road on The Peak, which will introduce 6 houses, and a project with 15 luxury apartments in Lung Ting Li, Kowloon Mid-Levels
