REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today repurchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 827.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 26,276,985 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 158,336,203. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
