FOR 4,676,956 AGAINST \- ABSTAIN \- Number of shares of the Company in respect of which proxy appointments had been validly made: 4,676,956 Number of shares of the Company in respect of which the vote was directed to be withheld: \- Accordingly, the proposed resolutions were approved by the Shareholders in attendance or represented at the EGM. The changes set out in the circular dated 4 February 2026 are expected to take effect on or around 27 February 2026 (the "Effective Date").
