China Everbright Water ( (SG:U9E) ) has provided an announcement.

China Everbright Water reported a sharp downturn in its 2025 financial performance, with revenue falling 22% to HK$5.36 billion and gross profit down 10%, reflecting weaker project activity and lower other income. Profit attributable to equity holders dropped 17% to HK$842.5 million, while profit before tax declined 16%, though expenses and finance costs were reduced and associate losses narrowed.

Despite the earnings contraction, the company remained profitable and declared a lower final dividend of HK4.22 cents per share, bringing total 2025 dividends to HK10.31 cents, below the prior year’s payout. Overall comprehensive income surged 70% to HK$1.46 billion, largely due to favorable currency translation effects, and the audited results carried clean opinions from KPMG with review by the board’s audit committee, offering some reassurance on financial reporting quality.
