# GUIXIN GROUP: Huang Kaiting resigns as company secretary

According to the announcement from GUIXIN GROUP (08349), Ms. Huang Kaiting has resigned from the position of company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from February 28, 2026
