# HKEX: Welcomes the government's appointment of Chan Kam Wing to replace Zhou Hu Mu Fang as a board member

> HKEX stated that it welcomes the government's reappointment of Chan Kin Por and Che Ping Kok as members of the HKEX Board, and the new appointment of Chan Kam Wing as a board member to replace the retiring Zhou Hu Mu Fang, with each term being approximately two years. HKEX indicated that Chan Kam Wing has extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the field of accounting and auditing, and has been widely involved in public service work related to the securities and futures markets

HKEX (00388.HK) stated that it welcomes the government's reappointment of Chan Kin Por and Che Ping Kok as members of the HKEX Board of Directors, and the new appointment of Chan Kam Wing as a board member to replace the retiring Zhou Hu Mu Fang, with each term being approximately two years.
