# ZHI-DING Robotics completed hundreds of millions in Series A financing, with Shenzhen Investment Holdings and Donghai Fund among the joint investors

DoNews reported on February 28 that recently, leading commercial cleaning company ZhiDing Robotics announced the completion of hundreds of millions of RMB in Series A financing, jointly invested by Shenzhen Investment Holdings Donghai Fund, Lek Electric, Jintuo Co., Ltd., Xuyang Industrial, Benchuan Intelligent, and several other industry players.

ZhiDing Robotics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZhiYuan Robotics, which will be spun off and become independent in April 2025, focusing on commercial cleaning and embodied three-dimensional cleaning. The seed round and angel round were led by multiple industry players including Lens Technology, Greebo, Ananda, Huaxiang, and Longqi. According to reports, this Series A financing will mainly be used for core technology research and development investment, product line expansion and upgrading, and rapid layout of global market channels, further consolidating ZhiDing Robotics' leading position in the field of intelligent commercial cleaning
