China's first provincial-level solar thermal special support policy, "Several Measures for Promoting the Large-Scale Development of Solar Thermal Power Generation in Qinghai Province," was recently released. The measures indicate that Qinghai will take the lead in promoting the development of the solar thermal power generation industry in the country, actively guiding innovative resources to gather towards solar thermal enterprises, forming a batch of replicable and promotable key equipment, core technologies, intellectual property rights, and patents to enhance industrial competitiveness. At the same time, Qinghai will focus on exploring the creation of flagship projects for solar thermal power generation along the "Belt and Road" in regions such as Central Asia and West Asia, improving the level of international cooperation in solar thermal power generation.
