# BYD February vehicle sales fall at steepest pace since pandemic

> BEIJING, March 1 (Reuters) - Chinese electric vehicle maker BYDrecorded the biggest fall in global sales in six years last month.BYD’s February sales plunged by 41.1% from a year earlier, the sixth consecutive month of decline, according to a stock market filing on Sunday. The fall last month was the biggest since February 2020 when the economy was hit by the pandemic.

BEIJING, March 1 (Reuters) - Chinese electric vehicle maker BYD (1211.HK) (002594.SZ) recorded the biggest fall in global sales in six years last month.

BYD’s February sales plunged by 41.1% from a year earlier, the sixth consecutive month of decline, according to a stock market filing on Sunday. The fall last month was the biggest since February 2020 when the economy was hit by the pandemic.
