Some 27% of respondents said they approved of the strikes, while 43% disapproved and 29% were not sure. About nine in 10 respondents said they had heard at least a little about the strikes, which began early on Saturday. Some 56% of Americans think Trump, who has also ordered strikes in Venezuela, Syria and Nigeria in recent months, is too willing to use military force to advance U.S. interests. The vast majority of Democrats - 87% - held this view, as did 23% of Republicans and 60% of people who don’t identify with either political party. The poll, which began on Saturday after the strikes got underway, gathered responses online from 1,282 U.S. adults nationwide. It had a margin of error of three percentage points. ### Related Stocks - [iShares MSCI USA Min Vol Factor ETF (USMV.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/USMV.US.md) - [Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/.DJI.US.md) - [Dow Jones Utility Average (.DJU.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/.DJU.US.md) - [NASDAQ Composite Index (.IXIC.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/.IXIC.US.md) - [S&P 500 (.SPX.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/.SPX.US.md) - [NASDAQ-100 (.NDX.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/.NDX.US.md) - [Cboe Volatility Index (.VIX.US)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/.VIX.US.md) ## Related News & Research - [Fed's Schmid: inflation too hot, no room to be complacent](https://longbridge.com/en/news/277644372.md) - [US manufacturing grows steadily in February, input prices surge](https://longbridge.com/en/news/277487045.md) - [Fed's Williams says rate cuts still possible, does not address Iran war](https://longbridge.com/en/news/277642208.md) - [What are the main events for today?](https://longbridge.com/en/news/277578049.md) - [December Factory New Orders Excluding Transportation Rise 0.4% Vs Expected 0.3% Gain, Prior 0.1% Increase](https://longbridge.com/en/news/276621570.md)
