# Morgan Stanley has listed NVIDIA as the top pick in the semiconductor sector, replacing Micron Tech

Morgan Stanley has re-listed NVIDIA as its top pick in the semiconductor sector, replacing Micron Technology. Previously, the stock price of the memory chip manufacturer Micron experienced a significant surge. "A common view in the market is that the pricing of memory chip stocks reflects a longer and more sustainable cycle than that of processor chips," analysts including Joseph Moore wrote in a report, "but we somewhat disagree with this perspective." Concerns about NVIDIA's growth sustainability in the market should be replaced by optimism regarding its prospects before 2027 in the coming months. (Bloomberg)
