36Kr learned that the Aiqicha App shows that recently, China Aluminum Foil (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with its registered capital increased from 800 million RMB to approximately 1.15 billion RMB, an increase of about 44%. The company was established in March 1996, with Xu Tao as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the production and sales of aluminum cast-rolled coils, aluminum plates and strips, aluminum foil products, food and pharmaceutical packaging, and aluminum foil for electronic and electrical use, as well as foreign trade. Shareholder information indicates that the company is jointly held by China Aluminum Group High-end Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Northwest Aluminum Co., Ltd., and others
