# YUEXIU officially signed a contract with SKP, and the Guangzhou racetrack welcomes the "Global Store King."

On March 2nd, YUEXIU GROUP officially signed a cooperation agreement with Beijing Hualian (SKP), confirming SKP's establishment in the Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town racetrack area. This signing took place less than a week after YUEXIU won the land parcel for a total price of 23.6 billion yuan
