Aeries Technology, Inc. (AERT) said on Monday that its Board has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $5 million over a twelve-month period.

"The Board believes the authorization provides a disciplined and flexible mechanism to allocate capital and underscores its commitment to enhancing long-term shareholder value," the company said.
