According to grassroots research by brokerages, the leading waterproof materials company has issued a price increase notice, stating that the prices of asphalt-based rolls and asphalt-based coating products will rise by 5% to 10%. Guotai Junan Securities believes that after experiencing credit risks related to accounts receivable and a relatively rapid decline in both volume and price, waterproofing has become the most severely cleared sub-industry in consumer building materials in recent years, with increased concentration potentially leading to price recovery.
