InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: IIP) announced its financial results for Q4 2025 and the full year ended December 31, 2025. In Q4, they achieved 2.8% YoY growth in average monthly rent to $1,749 for the total portfolio, with total portfolio occupancy rate increasing to 96.9%.
