# TIANGONG INT'L subsidiary further invests RMB 3 million to increase its stake in Shanghai Gaize, raising its shareholding ratio to 10.53%

According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 3rd, TIANGONG INT'L (00826) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, TIANGONG Investment, completed a capital increase in Shanghai Gaize on September 3rd last year. The announcement stated that TIANGONG Investment agreed to subscribe for 294,400 new shares of Shanghai Gaize at a total price of 3 million yuan (RMB).

Today (the 3rd), TIANGONG Investment agreed to further subscribe for 293,900 new shares of Shanghai Gaize at a total price of 3 million yuan, retaining the agreed valuation. After the completion of the further subscription, the company's shareholding in Shanghai Gaize through TIANGONG Investment will increase from 5.56% to approximately 10.53%. (jl)
