# In the past week, "Hong Kong Property" recorded two transactions in Kowloon Bay, with a top-floor special unit sold for HKD 26.36 million, breaking two records

HANG LUNG PPT (00101.HK) subsidiary Kowloon Bay Horizon recorded two transactions in the past week. Among them, the "Sky View" 37th floor D unit, a top-floor feature unit, was sold via tender for approximately HKD 26.36 million, achieving a price per square foot of HKD 29,349, setting a new high for both transaction amount and price per square foot since the project's launch. Additionally, a one-bedroom unit with an open kitchen on the 32nd floor J unit was sold for approximately HKD 6.17 million, with a price per square foot of about HKD 18,926.

HANG LUNG PPT's property sales department head, Lu Weiyuan, stated that entering the Year of the Horse, Horizon's sales momentum kicked off with a "double peak" transaction. During the Lunar New Year period, multiple buyers also inquired and visited, and the market response is encouraging, with expectations for strong sales momentum this year
