According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Longhorn Auto (301488.SZ) announced that on February 27, 2026, it received the "Approval on the Registration of Issuing Stocks to Specific Objects by Shenzhen Longhorn Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd." issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, agreeing to the company's registration application for issuing stocks to specific objects
