# CITIC International: The iPhone 17e and M4 iPad Air are expected to debut with aggressive price-performance ratios, which is likely to benefit "Apple supply chain stocks."

CMB International Research Report points out that Apple (AAPL.US) has launched the iPhone 17e and M4 iPad Air, with specifications/features generally in line with market expectations. Overall, it is believed that the updates of the iPhone 17e and M4 iPad Air will strengthen Apple's position in the mid-range smartphone and tablet market segments, especially under the pressure of industry memory costs. Maintaining stable prices while offering the latest specifications should attract more consumers to join the Apple ecosystem, in contrast to competitors who are raising prices, lowering specifications, or delaying product releases due to memory cost pressures.

CMB International expects that the replenishment and market share growth of this budget iPhone and mid-range iPad will have a positive impact on Apple's supply chain in the first half of 2026, while product releases in the second half of 2026 (iPhone Fold, iPhone 18 upgrade Siri) will drive a stronger upgrade cycle in the next two years.

In terms of the supply chain, the firm favors companies with a high proportion of sales to Apple and growth in value/market share, such as LUXSHARE-ICT (002475.SZ) for iPhone/watch OEM/acoustic/vibration motors, Hon Teng Precision (06088.HK) for connectors/AirPods, and AAC TECH (02018.HK) for acoustic/vibration motors/VC.
