# "EASYKNIT INT'L" Kenedy Town, Hong Kong, first launched 48 units for tender, all sold out today, with buyers purchasing entire floors

EASYKNIT INT'L (01218.HK) developed the Kennedy Town project, which launched 48 units for tender yesterday (3rd) and sold out all of them on the same day, cashing in over HKD 410 million. They are now adding 6 units on the entire 17th floor, which will be tendered starting Saturday (7th).

The 48 units consist of full floors A to F on the 6th, 10th, and 16th floors, with sold units having usable areas ranging from 284 to 412 square feet, categorized as one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The transaction prices range from HKD 7.146 million to HKD 11.727 million, with price per square foot ranging from HKD 24,813 to HKD 29,352.

It is reported that most buyers purchased full floors and opted for payment during the construction period, with a down payment of 10% of the property price and the balance to be paid upon occupancy. The project is expected to be completed by June 1st of this year, meaning the transaction period is only 3 months
