Foresight Ventures VCT has allotted 2,212,620 new ordinary shares of 1p each under its latest Offer for Subscription, at prices between 90.80p and 97.63p, based on an unaudited NAV of 90.80p per share. The new shares, which bring total shares in issue to 105,653,661, are expected to be admitted to the FCA’s Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange around 9 March 2026, modestly expanding the trust’s capital base and investment capacity for shareholders.
